Greetings HEIRS Family,
I pray that you are doing well, staying safe and walking in the Divine Health and Protection we have in Jesus Christ!
I am reminded of this passage of scripture as I write to you:
Having then a great high priest, who hath passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we have not a high priest that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but one that hath been in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore draw near with boldness unto the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace to help us in time of need… Hebrews 4:14-16
I want to remind you that in what seems to be a season of uncertainty, you and I have a Savior Who is our Intercessor and HE is praying for us RIGHT NOW!!! Because of Him, we can find grace to help us walk through this season! Because of Him we can come boldly to the Throne of Grace and find the help that we need!
Throughout the Word of God, we see the faithfulness of God! Over and over He worked one miracle after another to take care of His people. He is doing no less for you and me. He is faithfully orchestrating your situation and your future. DO NOT waver in your faith and trust in Him. This is what the Word says in Hebrews 10:35-39:
“Cast not away therefore your boldness (Confidence), which hath great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience,(Perseverance) that, having done the will of God, ye may receive the promise. For yet a very little while, He that cometh shall come, and shall not tarry. But my righteous one shall live by faith: And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him. But we are not of them that shrink back unto perdition; but of them that have faith unto the saving of the soul.”
This is a very timely word for all of us. It’s realistic to think that there are times for each of us when we can be shaken by information or a situation. It’s in those moments that we must remain confident in our God and we must persevere! Keep you eyes on Him! Keep your expectation in Him and keep going! Shake off any fear, worry and doubt! Even when in a battle, remember Ephesians 6:10-17 says:
“Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; withal taking up the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God”
As Believers we are encouraged to STAND! As Believers, by His SPIRIT, we are empowered to STAND! Remember… The SAME Power that raised Jesus from the dead is dwelling on the inside of you and me. He is the One Who gives us the supernatural ability to STAND in victory!
Settle in your heart and mind right now that no matter what you are going through, no matter how you feel, no matter what lies ahead of you, GOD is well able to accomplish HIS Will for your life and that is exactly what HE is doing. Continue to trust and declare that EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING, is working for your good and His Glory! Expect God to move miraculously on your behalf! LOOK FOR IT!
Lastly, in this unprecedented season, I want you to know that I remain grateful to the Lord for YOU! I have a joyful expectation of good concerning YOU! I continue to speak favor and blessings over your life! Recently I was reminded of a piece I wrote some time ago entitled “This Is What I Believe About You”. I have attached the audio version in hopes that you will listen to it and know that I sincerely mean it about you!
I look forward to the time that we will all come together and worship again, but until then I will continue to reach and lead using the technology we have been blessed with.
You remain in my heart and prayers,
Apostle John
