Arnez Gray

Arnez Gray is from Cincinnati, Ohio and serves as a Pastor and Chief Operating Officer at Heirs Covenant Church. Pastor Arnez has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from Central State University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University and has completed a post-Master’s program in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Ashland University. Pastor Arnez is teacher, intercessor, administrator and mentor. She is the Founder and President of Executive Leadership Intentionally Transforming Education (ELITE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating sustainable cycles of opportunities to poor and minority students by partnering with companies throughout the community whose social responsibility is to improve educational outcomes. She serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, as a teacher of the Emerging Leaders Class, and also serves on the Board of Directors. She provides the strategic direction for the operations of Heirs. Pastor Arnez enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family.
